20mm (SML): 2 lines of text, 12 characters a line (includes spaces) 25mm (MED): 3 lines of text, 14 characters a line (includes spaces) 30mm (LRG): 4 lines of text, 17 characters a line (includes spaces)

Please ensure you double check the spelling and information entered below as we will engrave it exactly as it appears.

The front of this tag is engraved with, 'Please call my people before they freak the fuck out' - we can add up to two phone numbers to the front of the tag.

The reverse side of the tag can be personalised with your pet's name along with a little paw print.
This tag is available in two sizes, medium (25mm) and large (30mm).
