Where are you located?

We work from our home studio in beautiful Blackwood (South Australia) which is in the Adelaide foothills. We are a online only store but in some circumstances we are happy for our customers to collect their orders at a agreed time if they order and pay ahead.

How long does it take you to make and post an order?

Our current turn around time is 5-12 business days due to Christmas demand. We hope to pull this back once we have caught up. Please upgrade to express post for best chance christmas delivery.

Can you create custom pieces?

We love designing and creating custom pieces for our customers. If you have a design idea in mind, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

✨UPDATE ON ORDERING EXTRA NAME PLATES FOR GRANDPARENT SIGNS✨

At the moment, I’m in a bit of a tricky spot with making the extra name plates. When I first designed this piece, I used a beautiful timber called Tasmanian Sassafras, which was produced in Melbourne. Unfortunately, after several years, the supplier discontinued that wood. I had a good supply of off cuts for a while, but those have now all been used to fulfill previous orders.

To put it simply, the manufacturer no longer produces a wood in the same colour or finish as the original material.

I’ve since transitioned to a lighter wood, Hoop Pine, which you’ll see featured in my current range across my store and website. This is now the only wood available for the name plates, though I do understand it’s quite different in colour from the original Sassafras. At least I know with this wood it’s never going to stop being manufactured and its available through a number of suppliers.

That’s where things are at from my end, not sure if this would be an issue for you.
