Every order from Indie & Sage is made and packed by me, right here in my Adelaide Hills studio. I’m a one-person show, juggling orders around being a mum to two young children and a husband who works a 24/7 shift roster, so while I work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible, I’m not quite a big warehouse with a team of elves (wouldn't that be nice).

Processing Times

I generally aim to have your order made and posted within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

Some items may be completed and posted sooner, depending on the product and how busy I am at the time.

During particularly busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day, processing times may be a little longer. If this is the case, I'll update the current processing time frame in the announcement bar at the top of my website so you can check the expected turnaround before placing your order.

Please keep in mind that processing time is the time it takes me to make and prepare your order. Australia Post delivery time is additional to this.

Posting Your Order

All orders are sent via Australia Post, who collect directly from my studio most weekdays at approximately 11am (SA time).

Once your order has been collected, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network, particularly during busy periods. Unfortunately, once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery time frames are outside of my control.

Need Your Order By A Certain Date?

If you have a specific date you'd like your order to arrive by, please allow enough time for both processing and postage.
