The front side of this tag is engraved with, 'Please call my Mom she's losing her shit' along with a cat and heart image (as pictured). We can change Mom to another name of your choosing, you can select who when adding to your cart.

The reverse side of this tag is engraved with your pet's name with two lines of text underneath, we will engrave a solid heart underneath this information.

For info, the font for your pet's name (which is engraved on the back) is a uppercase only font.
