The front side of this tag is engraved with, 'Please call my Mum before she loses her shit' along with a little paw print (as pictured) - please note, we can change Mum to another name of your choosing, you can select who when adding to your cart.

The reverse side can be personalised with your pet's name (in the pictured font) along with two lines of text. For example, microchipped & a phone number or two phone numbers.

This tag is available in two sizes, medium (25mm) and large (30mm).
