Each disc measures 10x10cm and is made with a mix of sustainably sourced, locally grown plywood and finished with crisp, glossy white acrylic – a stunning contrast that feels both modern and timeless. 

This 12-piece set includes:

• A final One Year disc to mark that big milestone

Lovingly handmade in our Adelaide Hills studio, every piece is crafted with care to ensure it’s as special as the memories you’re capturing. Whether you’re creating keepsakes for your family or gifting to new parents, these milestone discs are a beautiful, meaningful choice.

Please note (as we like to be transparent)  as we are working with a natural wood product to create this piece  that the finish of the wood can vary from piece to piece. This means the colour of the wood may be different from piece to piece and it may contain unique features including the look of the grain, patterns, markings and joins within the wood.
