Excuse us while we swoon over this adorable personalised Mother's day plaque.
This beautiful Mother's day plaque is engraved with "Hand picked with love by" and can be dedicated to whomever you please (Grandma, Mum, Nanna, Aunty - anyone!) and features a beautiful bunch of flowers with the most divine little raised flowers attached - each of which is a small photo frame which you can personalise with a photo of your little (or big) people! the piece can be signed off by your names (maximum four names).
Happy Mother's day 2024 is engraved on each piece.
We can one 1-4 acrylic flower frames to your piece which are a soft white/sage acrylic colour (more colour options coming!)
This piece measures approx : 215x195mm
The circle section of the flower measures 38mm (size for photograph).
