Above the image can be personalised with a message of your choosing (where we have put 'Best Grandma Ever'), we can fit a maximum of 20 characters including spaces.
We will personalise your mug with a image of your choosing and crop it into a head shot and remove the background (just like the product image).
Below the image can also be personalised with a message of your choosing (where we have put 'With love from Jude, 2021.), we can fit a maximum of 27 characters including spaces.
We will duplicate your image and message so it appears on each side of your mug. If you would like us to create a mug with a different photo and message on each side simply send us a message before ordering.
Our mugs are printed using the latest heat transfer technology, we won’t bore you with the details but it means your design will be permanently embedded into the ceramic mug. We do suggest you wash by hand to ensure it looks fresh for years to come.
